that is a great way to explain to people who are bent on thinking there is a difference between curls or naps, they all do the same thing.

Specially the hair issues.
Ive got natural hair as well, been using Carols Daughter since the beginning of the year. Ive seen about 2 - 3 inches growth, Im happy.
Keep holding it down for the natural sistas!
